Karnes County sits in the heart of the South Texas brush country — one of the most productive whitetail regions in the state. Dense mesquite, live oak, and native brush create natural funnels and bedding areas that concentrate deer movement.
We manage the property year-round for long-term wildlife health. Supplemental corn feeders, water sources, and selective harvest practices keep the herd strong and the hunting consistent season after season.
