Buck Harvest Fees
All scores are Boone & Crockett (B&C) gross measurements. B&C Scoring Requirements: Every hunter is required to completely fill out a Boone and Crockett (B&C) scoring sheet for each non-cull buck harvested on the property. Mandatory Tagging & Verification: All deer must be properly tagged in accordance with state regulations prior to your departure from the ranch. Ranch Owner Inspection: The ranch owner or management will personally verify all tags and paperwork before any harvested game leaves the property. Final tier determined at time of harvest. State/County bag limits apply on property for every hunter.
B&C Scoring SheetBlood Draw Policy — Strictly Enforced
Blood Draws Count as a Harvest: Any draw of blood, hair, or tissue strike counts directly against your seasonal bag limit or package allotment.
End of Hunt Policy: If a hunter draws blood on a deer, the hunt for that specific animal class (e.g., trophy buck, management buck, or doe) is officially over if your limit has been reached. This applies to restricted hunting windows as well (such as designated "doe days").
Recovery Status: This policy applies regardless of whether the carcass is recovered or found.
Strict Enforcement: This rule is absolute and strictly enforced by ranch management to ensure ethical hunting practices and respect for our wildlife resources.
Our Guarantee Policy
No Guarantees in the Wild: While we offer high-success management practices on the ranch, we do not guarantee a kill. Hunting is a pursuit of wild, unpredictable animals, and success ultimately depends on weather, animal movement, and hunter marksmanship.
What "Guaranteed" Actually Means: On our ranch, a "guaranteed" hunt means you only pay the final harvest fee if you successfully harvest or wound an animal.
If You Do Not Harvest: If you follow all guide instructions and ranch rules but do not get a clean opportunity to take a shot, you are only responsible for the base daily guide/lodging fee — not the animal price. Please note: daily fees are non-refundable.
Effort vs. Outcome: We guarantee 100% effort from our management team to put you in front of target game, but the final outcome is up to nature and the hunter. All daily fees are non-refundable regardless of harvest outcome.
All whitetail hunts require the $250/day base fee. Hog and predator/varmint hunts are flat-rate with unlimited harvest. Have questions? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
