Ranch Safety Agreement

Welcome to 2 Hearts Infinity Ranch LLC. We are committed to providing an exceptional, authentic Texas hunting experience across our 115-acre property. To ensure the safety of our guests, staff, neighbors, and local livestock, all hunters and observers must strictly adhere to our Ranch Safety Agreement. Please review our policies below prior to booking your trip.

Licensing & Legal Compliance

  • •Mandatory License Check: A valid Texas Hunting License is strictly required for all deer and predator hunts. Ranch Management will physically or digitally verify your license upon arrival before any hunt begins. No license is required for feral hog hunts on our private ranch.
  • •Out-of-State Hunters: Must purchase a Non-Resident Special Hunting License for deer hunts. Out-of-state Hunter Education certificates from your home state are accepted — bring your card or a digital screenshot.
  • •Hunter Education: All hunters born on or after September 2, 1971, must carry proof of TPWD Hunter Education Certification or a valid $10 state deferral. Complete the course online at hunter-ed.com before your trip.
  • •Mandatory App Reporting: Harvested does must be logged in the official Texas Hunt & Fish app within 24 hours. Show the digital Harvest Confirmation Screen to Ranch Management before departing.

Firearms & Safety

  • •No Target Shooting or Sighting-In: There is no target range on the property. All rifles must be sighted-in and ready before you arrive. Discharging firearms for practice anywhere on the ranch is strictly prohibited.
  • •Weapon Transport: All firearms must remain completely unloaded with actions open inside a secure gun case while traveling in ranch vehicles or UTVs.
  • •Muzzle Discipline: Always keep muzzle pointed in a safe direction. Never chamber a round until you are securely seated inside your designated blind.
  • •Blaze Orange Required: Every hunter and observer must wear a minimum of 400 sq. in. of daylight fluorescent orange (vest + hat) whenever outside of an enclosed vehicle or fiberglass blind.
  • •Zero-Tolerance Alcohol Policy: No alcohol before or during active hunts. Violations result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Property Boundaries & Blinds

  • •Strict Acreage Boundaries: Do not cross the fenced 115-acre property lines. Firing a weapon across any boundary line or onto any adjacent public or private road is illegal and results in immediate eviction.
  • •Fiberglass Box Blinds (Included): Elevated, weather-proof blinds with panoramic windows, silent shooting portals, and rolling office chairs are assigned by Ranch Management at morning check-in. Keep windows closed when not actively hunting. Windows must be securely shut and latched at the end of every hunt — failure to close windows resulting in weather, bird, or animal intrusion damage will incur a mandatory $100.00 negligence fee. Hunters assume 100% financial liability for any major or malicious damage to fiberglass blinds, windowpanes, shooting portal frames, or interior chairs.
  • •Pop-Up Blind Checkout (Free): One ground pop-up blind is available for checkout at no charge. It must be reserved at the main office and cannot be moved without prior approval. If returned torn, structurally broken, missing parts, or lost, a flat $120.00 equipment replacement fee will be charged. Normal fabric wear from sun and dust is excluded.
  • •Minors: Hunters under 17 must be accompanied by a certified adult parent or guardian at all times while in the blinds or handling firearms.

Harvest Policies & Fees

  • •Harvest Daily Access Fee & Scoring Policies: A daily base hunting fee of $250.00 applies to all hunters for property and blind infrastructure access. All harvest fees (does, culls, and trophy bucks) are separate and due immediately upon harvest. For all buck harvests, hunters must complete and sign the official Boone and Crockett (B&C) scoring form on-site under ranch management supervision — the final B&C score determines the applicable trophy tier fee. No harvested game, skins, meat, cape, or antlers may leave the ranch until all base and harvest fees are paid in full.
  • •Wounded Game Policy: Any shot that draws blood or leaves visible hair behind constitutes a harvest. Full applicable fees are due immediately, regardless of whether the animal is physically recovered.
  • •Deer Skinning Service: Optional professional hanging and skinning services are available for $40.00 per deer. The clean-up and vacuum-bag station is complimentary for self-use.

Business Protections & Legal Terms

  • •Livestock & Neighbor Safety: There is livestock actively onsite. Hunters must clearly identify their target and exactly what is beyond it before every shot. 2 Hearts Infinity Ranch LLC is not liable for any livestock injury or damage caused by a hunter's negligence. Hunters assume 100% full financial liability for any injury, harm, or death caused to onsite or neighboring livestock due to negligent shooting or poor target identification.
  • •Right of Refusal & Eviction: 2 Hearts Infinity Ranch LLC reserves the right to refuse service or immediately evict any individual from the property, without a refund, who violates safety protocols, state laws, or acts recklessly.
  • •Indemnification: The hunter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2 Hearts Infinity Ranch LLC and its owners from any claims, lawsuits, or financial damages brought by third parties (including passengers, guests, or neighbors) arising from the hunter's actions or negligence.
  • •Governing Law & Venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes or lawsuits arising from this stay must be filed and arbitrated strictly within Karnes County, Texas.
